Indian users are worried over change in the withdrawal functionality by Paypal

Yesterday paypal India via its official blog informed the users that there will be a change in the withdrawal functionality in India starting on August 1, 2010. Currently the users can request for either an electronic or cheque withdrawal of funds from PayPal account. From July 29, 2010 onwards, the users will get a cheque for the withdrawal of funds from your PayPal account .

The Indian Paypal users users are now worried as the postal service’s here in India are quite poor. In some region normal post takes more than 20 days. The Indian users are requesting paypal to use Fedex or any other express delivery module for cheques as it will ensure a speedy delivery with a surety that the users safely get their money. Moreover some users are also worried that the electronic transfer should bring in again as there are numerous outsource providers belongs to India and paypal is the best solution for them. In case Paypal will not solve this issue any other competitor will take advantage of the situation and most likely Paypal will lose number of Indian users.
